Alana Muriel, MS, LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor Alana has over a decade of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher. She received her RYT 200 yoga teacher certification in 2011, and attended UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research center in the summer of 2014. Sarah Anderson, BFA, MS, LPC- Licensed Professional Counselor holds a BFA from California Institute of the Arts and over two decades of experience in dance, theater, and the aerial arts. Previously to pivoting to mental health, she held the title of aerial trainer and associate director, contracting with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She was responsible for the safety and training of a variety of performers (novice to professional) in the art and execution of aerial acrobatics. She has a master level understanding of aerial apparatus which is applicable to the vestibular therapeutic portion of this presentation.
